Yay 3 weeks! That is so awesome.
I can tell you that it's not always easy to do the exercising, but it makes me FEEL BETTER when I do it. I'm not trying to be virtuous. It's kinda like doing the steps - you don't have to, but man, it's easier if you do. Heh.
Hang in there. It doesn't really matter if you have a good day with the quitting or a bad day - just don't smoke. xoxo

Every day is a victory; it won't be long now until you have a month as a nonsmoker!
The worst part of breaking a habit is finding a replacement, something positive to "do" rather than just "not doing" the thing you were. This is the point where I get weak and fall down when I'm trying not to eat for reasons other than hunger.
If there is any way you can find to get the exercise in, it is probably ONLY going to help you. However I have no advice on this front because I have lived my entire life around avoiding exercise. LOL I hate to admit it, but it does do good things when I inadvertently get some of it. I really think attitude is everything, and choosing beats a mandate.
Maybe you could find a buddy to egg you on?

I'm so proud of you! Good job, Sarah! I know it's hard now but just think of how awesome a role model you are for your daughter. You're showing her how to be healthy and strong.

How can you say you don't feel like your a non-smoker. You are a non-smoker so however you feel, is how a nonsmoker feels. A nonsmoker of 3 weeks mind you, but a nonsmoker none the less. Quiting sucks but knowing that you truly have quit helps to drive the monster out of your brain. I wish you success and a path with as few bumps as possible.
